What can I expect from the Relax Into Self Relationship Blueprint workshop?
The Relax Into Self Relationship Blueprint workshop is a one-day, live online workshop designed to help you take stock, reflect, and understand the patterns that shape your relationships with yourself and with romantic others. Through guided reflection and gentle group exercises, you’ll explore your relational needs, emotional cycles, and the ways you show up in connection.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for anyone who wants to understand themselves more deeply in relationships, whether you’re single, partnered, or somewhere in between. It’s open to people of all backgrounds and life stages who are curious about their emotional world and ready to do reflective, personal work.
Do I need to be single to attend the workshop?
No. This workshop is for people in or outside a relationship to help you understand your unique relational needs
Do I need to have had therapy before attending?
Not at all. You don’t need any previous therapy experience. Some participants may already be in therapy, while others might be exploring self-development for the first time. The day will meet you where you are.
What can I expect during the day?
The day runs from 10am to 3pm, with a 1-hour lunch break (bring your own lunch). Expect a calm, reflective pace, with assessments, guided discussions, writing prompts, small group sharing, and short grounding practices. You’ll never be asked to share more than you’re comfortable with.
What will I gain from attending?
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have:
A clearer sense of your relational patterns and triggers
More understanding of your emotional needs and boundaries
Insight into your attachment and communication styles
Tools to support healthier, more conscious relationships
How many people will be there?
The group is kept intentionally small with no more than 10 participants, to create a safe, supportive, and intimate environment where everyone can reflect and be heard.
Who leads the workshop?
The workshop is facilitated by Sade Solarin, an accredited UK-based psychotherapist and founder of Therapy with Sade and Simi Sara. She specialises in relational psychotherapeutic work, supporting people to understand themselves and connect more deeply with others.
Why hold the workshop at the start of the year?
January is a natural moment for reflection and renewal. The Relationship Blueprint workshop offers a calm space to begin the year with awareness, understanding old patterns and setting new intentions, choosing to move forward differently.
Where will the workshop take place?
The workshop will be held online, so can be attended from the comfort of your own home. You will need a space where you are sitting up and cannot be disturbed and overheard.
How much does it cost and how do I book?
The standard fee is £80. Because spaces are limited, participation is by application to ensure your needs are well catered for. Simply contact us below or on social media to express your interest. We’ll guide you through the booking process and send all necessary information. Once accepted, you’ll receive details on how to secure your place.
Is workshop open to people of all groups?
Yes! This workshop is open to all people from any ethnic groups, sexes, genders, sexual orientations and belief systems.
What if I feel nervous about joining a group?
That’s completely normal. Many people feel uncertain about group work at first. The workshop is designed to be gentle and contained. No one is pressured to speak or share personal details. You’ll be supported throughout and encouraged to take things at your own pace.
There is no perfect time to evolve in your relationship nature, but there is a powerful way to do it with intention, awareness and care.
